Agreement to Terms
Welcome to BlueLogic Titusville Pool Care. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Titusville, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspection services.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
Service Scheduling and Cancellation
When you book a service with us, you are agreeing to the scheduled date and time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled service window. If we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer convenient monthly billing options.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until your account is current.
Property Access and Safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to your pool area. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked on service days, pets are secured, and any hazards are clearly marked. If we cannot safely access your pool, we may need to reschedule your service.
We take great care to protect your property, but you are responsible for securing any valuable items near the pool area. We are not liable for damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions or improper pool equipment.
Liability Limitations
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee specific results such as eliminating all algae or fixing equipment problems that require parts or extensive repairs. We will always recommend appropriate solutions and provide honest assessments.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Chemical Use and Safety
We use professional-grade pool chemicals and follow industry best practices. After chemical treatment, we will inform you of any necessary waiting periods before swimming. It is your responsibility to keep children and pets away from the pool during these periods.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right. This may include returning to address any issues or providing a refund for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active customers of any significant changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
